What we train

Each programme is built around your team's current gaps, not a generic syllabus. Here are the areas we cover most often.

Leadership and management

For new managers stepping into their first role and experienced leaders who want sharper influence. We cover delegation, difficult conversations, coaching techniques, and decision-making under pressure. Sessions run as half-day or full-day formats, with follow-up coaching available over four weeks.

Communication and presentation skills

Participants learn to structure a message, read the room, and handle pushback. We film short practice presentations so people can watch themselves back, which is uncomfortable but remarkably effective. Most groups show noticeable improvement within a single day.

Team performance and collaboration

We diagnose where breakdowns happen between departments or shifts, then run exercises that rebuild trust and accountability. This is not a ropes course. It is structured problem-solving with your actual workflows as the raw material. Groups of 8 to 25 people work best.

Compliance and workplace safety awareness

Mandatory training does not have to be dull. We design compliance modules around scenario-based learning so employees understand the why, not just the rule. Topics include WHS obligations, anti-discrimination, privacy handling, and workplace bullying prevention.

Time management and productivity

We help individuals audit where their hours go, then introduce specific techniques: time-blocking, batch processing, and meeting hygiene. Participants leave with a personalised weekly plan they can implement the next Monday. The workshop takes three hours.

Change management

Restructures, system migrations, mergers: people resist what they do not understand. We train managers to communicate change clearly, handle emotional reactions, and keep productivity stable during transitions. Two-day programme, often delivered across consecutive weeks.

How an engagement works

From first conversation to follow-up report, here is what happens.

1. Discovery conversation

We talk with your HR lead or department head for about 45 minutes. The goal is to understand the business context: what triggered the training need, what success looks like, and any sensitivities we should know about. No charge for this step.

2. Needs analysis and design

If we agree there is a fit, we survey participants, review any existing competency frameworks, and draft a session plan. You see the full outline before we build materials. Turnaround is usually seven to ten business days.

3. Delivery on site or online

Most clients prefer face-to-face delivery at their premises. We also run sessions via video conference for distributed teams. Group sizes range from six to thirty. Larger cohorts get split into parallel streams.

4. Feedback and impact report

Within a week of delivery, you receive a summary of participant feedback, facilitator observations, and recommended next steps. We track whether agreed actions are completed at a 30-day check-in.

What changes after our programmes

Training is only useful if behaviour shifts. We measure that shift, and so do our clients. Here are outcomes reported by organisations we have worked with in the past two years.

  • A mining services company in the Pilbara reduced incident reports by 31% within three months of a safety-awareness programme for supervisors.
  • An accounting firm in Perth saw presentation confidence scores jump from 4.1 to 7.8 out of 10 after a one-day communication workshop.
  • A local government authority cut meeting duration by an average of 22 minutes per session after our productivity training for department heads.
  • A healthcare provider reported that 87% of new managers felt "well prepared" for their role after completing our four-session leadership series.

These are specific numbers from specific clients. We are happy to discuss references on request.

A full-day workshop for up to 20 participants starts at $3,200 plus GST. Half-day sessions start at $1,900. Multi-session packages and ongoing retainers are priced individually after the discovery conversation.
In most cases, yes. We provide attendance certificates and session descriptions that meet CPD documentation requirements for many professional bodies. Check with your specific association for their rules.
We run online sessions that accommodate AWST, AEST, and NZST participants. For wider spreads, we split into two cohorts and synchronise content so everyone covers the same material.
